St Michael and All Angels, the hidden gem of Walthamstow.
St Michael and all Angels is a friendly multicultural Church of England parish church located in the heart of Walthamstow, very close to the vibrant high street.
We are currently in interregnum at St Michael's but are looking forward to our new full-time priest very, very soon.
We would like to thank Fr. Alex Summers and his family for their hard work and for bringing the community together in the 6 years they were with us.
Please pop in and join us at one of our services.
Please note, St Michael's is fully open every Sunday and Wednesday for services which are live streamed via our Facebook page. Please tune in!
SERVICE TIMES
Come and Worship With Us
Sundays: 10.30am - Sung Mass
Wednesdays: 10.00am - Morning Prayer
Saturday: 10.00-11am - Theology and Bible Study
Church is OPEN for private prayer at the following times:
Sunday 11.45am-1pm
Wednesday and Saturday 11am - 1pm
Some COVID-19 restrictions are still in place so we ask all visitors to sanitise their hands and sit in the socially-distanced in our pews. If you are unable to attend you can join us online as we are live streaming our services on our Facebook page. We would love to see you there. But if you miss the service, you can watch it back at anytime.
SUNDAY SCHOOL
Sunday School has resumed and renamed! Welcome to St Michael's Voyagers. We meet the first Sunday of every month exploring the theme of that Sunday through word, song and play and share their understanding with the church.
All children up to the age of 9 are welcome to take part in an exploration of God's love through a variety of fun activities.
Parents with young babies are welcome to join us or stay in the service and use the children's area at the back of the church.
SUNDAY SERVICE
Join us every Sunday morning at 10.30am for our family service. You are then more than welcome to stay for tea, biscuits and a chat afterwards. Please join us in our services every Sunday and Wednesday, in person or online via our Facebook live stream.
